Materials modification & development

We carry out rheology, resistance, dielectric properties or thermal conductive complex research of materials delivered by our customer. Our team is specialized in industrial applications. The level of modifications we come with is always based on the application economic account.

 

Materials topography

We offer solid & loose conductive materials topography measurement. We execute our surveys with scanning electro microscope LEO SEM 1530. We also carry out conductive materials thickness research.

Rheology

We execute paints, pastes & inks complex rheology measurements with Brookfield brand rheometers. We also carry out material aplication tests for the screen printing, engraving, douche, stamp, brushing etc.

Adhesion & surface hardness

We offer ISO 2409, ISO 4521, ASTM D4541, ASTM D1002 standards adhesion research. We also carry out surface hardness measurements in different hardness scale & their susceptibility to scratch, according to ASTM D3363 standard.

Thermal imagining research

Our team contains thermal measurements certified experts. We execute our surveys with high class thermal camera FLIR 1620. We also make complex reports of our measurements. Moreover, we offer IRISS infrared windows, which increase diagnosis of energized equipment safety.

Contact resistance measurement

We are carring out current characteristic & contacts resistance measurements.
